Policies

Admission Policy

At Al-Falah Academy, our goal is to provide every student with a nurturing Islamic learning environment that supports academic success, character development, and spiritual growth. To maintain high standards and ensure a smooth admission process, we have established the following policy:

All registered students MUST meet age requirements.

  • Preschool (PreK): at least 4 years of age as of October 15th
  • Kindergarten (KG): at least 5 years of age as of October 15th
  • Grade 1: at least 6 years of age as of October 15th

Attendance Policy

Regular attendance and punctuality is expected and required. Three consecutive unexcused absences will result in registration drop. Parents have to pay $50/child to re-register the child.

Absences on Parents/Policies

If a student will be absent, the following form Parent LinkTree will need to be completed. If the absence is due to an illness, a staff member will contact you to discuss our protocols for readmittance.

Tardies

Students arriving more than 10 minutes late are considered truant and will be marked accordingly. Every three tardies will count as one full documented absence in attendance records.
