What is the start and end time of school?

ICN Al-Falah Academy Classes are held every Saturday. For students enrolled in the elective Arabic program, classes run from 9am-10:10am. For grades Prek-1st, classes run from 10:15am-1:05pm. For grades 2nd and up, classes begin at 10:15am and run until 1:20pm. All Youth Program students will have in-person classes each week.

How can I communicate with my child’s teacher throughout the week?

We will be using Alma as our Learning Management System this year, insha’Allah. You and/or your child will be able to message questions or concerns to your child’s teacher directly through Alma. In addition, Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on December 6th, 2025 insha’Allah, where you will be able to meet with your child’s teacher and discuss his/her progress, needs and strengths. Where can I access Alma login information?

In mid-August through early September, Parent and Student Alma Account Activation emails will be sent. Parents will be able to access their child’s grade level, section, and room number in Alma, as well as lesson plans, assignments, and test/quiz dates. If you have issues with Alma throughout the year, please email admin@icnschool.com for assistance.

When and where can I complete payment for my child’s tuition fees?

FULL tuition payment or setup of an autopay plan for the FULL tuition amount is due by Sept 5th, 2025. Parents will be able to pay their child's tuition in full or access a payment plan link via Alma. If you have any questions regarding your child’s tuition payments, please email finance@icnschool.com.

Do you offer financial assistance?

Yes, please email finance@icnschool.com and a finance team member will get back to you with options, insh’Allah.

Do you offer a program for students with Special Needs?

Yes, ICN Al-Falah Academy is the first weekend school in the nation to offer a dedicated program for special needs students. We are a MUHSEN-Certified weekend school, Alhamdulillah. (See our ‘Special Needs Program’ page for further information)

What supplies will my child need each week?

A general list of supplies that will need to be purchased is listed on our ‘School Supplies’ page. If specific teachers require certain supplies, he/she will let students know in the classroom and via Alma.

What if my child misses school due to an illness, COVID or family situation?

First and foremost, please complete the absence form prior to the date of your child’s absence. This absence form can be found on our Parent “Link Tree”: https://linktr.ee/afaicnparents. If your child will miss school, please also notify your child’s teachers via Alma. Weekly lessons and assignments will always be posted on Alma. If further assistance is needed in completing assignments, students can reach out to their teachers for extensions and/or resource support.
